Stepan — armenian composer, the student of Arutjunian A.
1973-1991— the musical
director of the state folk song and dance
group "Haravel".
1991-1993 — artistic
director of the state folk song and dance
group "Haravel".
1992-1994 — the director of the Vanadror culture-center
since 1994 in Volgograd.
